A physical therapist-owned, unique practice located in the Pocono Mountains of
Pennsylvania.  The practice was developed with the intention of mixing both traditional exercise-based physical therapy and manual physical therapy techniques for more
effective results in treatment. These techniques include myofascial release , joint
mobilization, craniosacral therapy and massage therapy.
